MY NAME IS SALINA

Designer, Artist, & Creative Leader

I am a Creative Director and Brand Manager at Blake’s Beverage Co., where I lead brand, design, and marketing across a portfolio of food and beverage businesses. My path here began as a fine artist, evolved through years as a hand-painted sign artist, and grew into a deep appreciation for packaging as both craft and communication. That foundation naturally expanded into marketing—where storytelling, design, and strategy intersect to shape how people experience a brand.

I lead with curiosity, clarity, and care for the people behind the work. I solve complex brand and marketing challenges with thoughtful, well-rounded creative solutions shaped by real growth needs. I listen closely—to the work, to the market, and to the individuals on each team—because great outcomes come from understanding how different talents move together. By building environments where people feel seen, supported, and inspired, I help teams do their best work—and enjoy doing it—turning individual strengths into something greater than the sum of its parts.
